Tansis provides translation, certified translation, localisation, copywriting, content development, research, consultation, and related business communication services.
The exact scope, price, delivery timeline, format, and any special requirements are based on the details submitted by the client and any written confirmation issued by Tansis.
Instant quotes are estimates generated from the information and documents submitted through the website. Manual quotes may be required for complex, unclear, urgent, or specialised work.
An order is accepted only when Tansis confirms the scope and receives the required payment or written approval to proceed.
You must provide accurate contact details, clear instructions, complete source files, and any required background information.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and share any documents, images, text, or materials submitted to Tansis.
Tansis is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or late information from the client.
Uploaded documents are used only to assess, quote, deliver, review, and administer the requested service.
Tansis treats client documents and project details as confidential and does not sell them or publish them without permission.
Where a project requires support from translators, editors, designers, consultants, or technical providers, relevant information may be shared only as needed to complete the work.
Prices may be calculated per word, per unit, per hour, per project, or manually depending on the service type.
Prices shown on the website may exclude bank fees, payment gateway fees, government fees, courier fees, notarisation charges, or other third-party costs unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed before delivery unless Tansis agrees otherwise in writing.
Delivery timelines begin after Tansis receives all required information, files, approvals, and payment.
Reasonable revisions are available when the delivered work does not match the confirmed scope. Revisions do not include a new brief, new source material, changed instructions, or a change in project direction.
Urgent deadlines are accepted only when confirmed by Tansis.
Certified translation requirements may vary by authority, institution, country, and document type.
The client is responsible for confirming whether additional notarisation, legalisation, attestation, original delivery, or authority-specific formatting is required before ordering.
If work has not started, Tansis may cancel the order and issue a refund after deducting any payment gateway, bank, or administrative fees already incurred.
If work has started, refunds are assessed based on the completed portion of the work, committed resources, and third-party costs.
Digital products, downloadable templates, and completed services are generally non-refundable unless the file is inaccessible, materially defective, or not delivered.
Digital products are provided for the buyer's internal use only unless a separate licence states otherwise.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim ownership of Tansis templates, downloadable files, or product materials.
After full payment, the client may use the final delivered work for the agreed purpose.
Tansis retains ownership of internal methods, drafts, templates, workflows, concepts not selected by the client, and reusable knowledge developed outside the client's confidential materials.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful files, interfere with service availability, or submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing materials.
Tansis may refuse or cancel work that appears unlawful, unethical, unsafe, abusive, or outside its professional capacity.
Tansis works carefully and professionally, but the client remains responsible for reviewing deliverables before submission, publication, filing, or reliance.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Tansis is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, penalties, or third-party decisions based on client use of the delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
